Metal Roofing Service
He was very polite and the work was good at first, but not even a week after the paint started peeling off on the roof. We have been trying to reach him, but he will not respond the phone or call us back.

Eric beaugh and his assistant were great. They arrived at my home exactly when at the time agreed upon. They worked non stop . I am very pleased with finished job. Definitely would recommend celeritous.

After this guy did a walk through as requested by the contractor and agreed to fix the problems, he never showed up to finish the work that he previously billed at 100% complete. The kitchen, bathroom, and ceiling still had original color. We have paid him well over half for an incomplete job. I had a local Sherwin Williams Rep come out to inspect the paint quality itself, and it was brought to my attention that Eric Painted the ceiling with the same color paint for the crown molding. Once we refuse to pay him until the job is complete, Eric became belligerent, obnoxiously bothersome at all hours of the day and night, then used an online attorney to file a lien. Do not let this guy in your home.

"Cody, we have attempted multiple times, over the last few months, to get in contact with you to address your concerns. I'll publicly address some of your claims. The ceiling color and the trim color are both white, the only difference is the sheen (i.e. flat and semi-gloss). These choices were made by your clients and relayed through you to our company. If they are incorrect, we would be more than happy to correct your mistake. However, we would have to charge for that. I'd be willing to extend a discount for the inconvenience to your clients."

Eric said I am not perfect. It is good enough. Drywall sand job sucks, paint on new cabinets, new plugs and switches, new countertops. Nothing covered. Mud and dirt in new tubs. Dirt and hair in new paint. Flashing showing through paint. I offered to pay additional $2000 for work he did do but he declined. He also threatened me 3 different times including bodily harm. Damaged dry wall was where I sanded a small spot because I was going to repair it. They had left humps in the beam. Bad sand job. I paid him $1842. He want $4700 for bad work. No. Plus tool walked off and tools were used and not cleaned. As far as punch list, I ask what are you going to do about this beam and flash showing? He said nothing. So what was point of a punch list? It is good enough and I am not perfect, per Eric. Then he is harassed me with calls and texts. Eric said he had 9 other customers who did not pay him, I said so I am not only one who thinks you do bad work. Looks like you are the scammer bud. We will meet you in court! All you had to do was, do it correct, you are very unprofessional and so are your young workers playing around when you are not there which was never.

"It is very unfortunate that situations and people like this exist. Sherry and Kevin agreed to a contractual agreement and did not uphold their end of the deal. The customer refused to provide a punch list and would not accept one made by our company. We have video and picture evidence of the work completed and will settle this legally. Kevin, openly admits to damaging the surfaces after our job was completed, and expects us to fix them for free. I urge anyone that reads this to never consider doing business with this couple, they are out to scam contractors."

Eric and his crew were great from start to finish. They were meticulous in their work. They were also very polite and friendly. Having strangers in your house is usually stressful but not with these guys, I feel like I ve known them forever. I m very satisfied with their work and their work ethics and would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job on my house roof but the adjacent garage could be cleaner. I would also recommend that he put his bid in writing next time so as not to change it after the work is done.
