I had six electrical projects including new ceiling fan and switches on the front porch, install back patio light and switch, install interior can light and switch, install a light over a picture with switch and install two outlets. Brian was fast and competent. He left no mess and no patching to walls was required. Very impressed with his work and his fair prices. I'll use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Couldn't really rate the work quality since don't know to judge it since I don't know anything about electrical stuff. However everything seems to be working so perhaps I should have given him 5 stars for that. He installed a new breaker in panel box and repaired a broken riser beneath the panel box outside. Very professional person yet very down to earth. Arrived on time both times. I didn't have to ask for a receipt (I noted others said they did). He offered more than one method of payment. I'm unable to rate value for money since not familiar with this type of work, but bottom line is it was a reasonable amount to me for the work done and it fit my budget.

He was very polite, on time and professional. He is not much on paperwork, but he will provide quotes in writing and receipts if asked. He did not do a good job cleaning up after himself and he damaged my laminate flooring in my office. However, for the work that he did and the price I paid, it was worth it. I will rehire him to do more work, but I will make sure he is more mindful of protecting the work area.

Brian is easy to schedule and easy to work with. We'd had two new wall appliances installed in our kitchen, but they shorted out when both were in use. At the first visit, Brian had a guess what needed to be done, but one of the appliances needed to come out. He didn't charge anything for that initial visit and assessment. Then on the second visit, he discovered a less expensive solution than what he originally thought might be needed, and he took care of the electrical issue for us and re-installed the microwave. He easily could have convinced me that the more expensive and more intrusive work had to be done, but he didn't. Thanks, Brian.

Called about arranging the work quickly, arrived at the specified time and charged the estimated costs. Very happy. Only reason not 5 stars is that I have had to ask for a written receipt for the work.

Made the least # of cuts in the dry wall that he could in doing job. Did a good job.

We called MadKat to fix our Electrical Panel wiring concerns noticed in the home inspection. Brian was on site within a couple hours to correct the issue. We had a couple other items that the buyer requested be updated and he agreed to return the following day.

This electrician was very polite and knowledgeable. He communicated well, came exactly when he said he would, and worked very hard to get the job done right. If I could give him more than 5 stars on value for the money, I would. He's more than reasonable. I'm very happy with the experience, and would definitely hire him again.

Very painless experience.

Electrician arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. We felt that the cost was very reasonable and we plan to use him again in the future.
