Pat Madden is that contractor horror story you hear about. There is a reason he has changed company names 3 times and has nassau county consumers after him for over 20 years. Horrible craftsmanship, he will promise you and never deliver, party to many lawsuits although he hides behind his wifes legal background to put down all complaints against him. He is an absolutely deplorable human being, his craftsmanship is awful, and he will demand cash payments where you have to meet him in parking lits with large sums lf money. Absolutely ridiculous he can continue to work on Long Island with his history, call Paula Siegelman at nassau county offices before you consider working with him. Guaranteed after hearing any of his past history as I found out later with him, you will not work with him after knowing a fraction of his past.

In 2023 I selected Madden Development to do a full dormer on my house. They came highly recommended by a neighbor who used them previously. From the beginning I was impressed with the level of planning details that were presented for each phase of the renovation. The project started on time and each aspect of the construction was handled by teams displaying high levels of professionalism, expertise, and attention to quality work. Much attention was paid to the planned details as the job progressed. I was also updated regularly with the progress of the work, my questions were encouraged and answered, and I had immediate responses to my concerns. I am very satisfied with the end results. I thank Madden Development for going above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly while doing a great job that made the renovation a success.
