"I appreciate the opportunity to learn about your experience with us, so sorry about your bad experience. I always strive to improve and give the best service I can. I never had the chance to clean your home because when I gave you an estimate I told you I could not clean seeing the circumstances, excessive accumulation of items. All rooms were filled to the ceiling. I offered you my help to organize and try to get rid of things. I specialize in cleaning homes if I had had the opportunity to clean your home I would have done a great job. It was my fault for taking on a job I don't specialize in.
