He gave me his number , said he would fix it and never returned to complete the job

DO NOT USE - offers a 1 year warranty, then does not answer phone. Not trustworthy. Voice mail full. Did not repair our refrigerator...all food and insulin have spoiled twice now. Took our money the first day. Steer clear.

I wrote about what Antonio did to me over a month ago and how he cheated me out of over $1,200.00, do not request any service from him.

Antonio, if that is his name came out, said he could fix the refrigerator, took money upfront for parts, and then I had to chase him down for him to finally respond- so unprofessional. He then said he needed two other parts to fix the refrigerator, I spoke with him to see if they came in since he would not return my calls, and he has been unavailable and has not called or come out when he said he would. The owners of this company, two men supposedly named Antonio and Chris falsely put on this website that they are in some way affiliated with the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers. I called the Washington, D.C office and they told me this company is not affiliated with them at all. This organization, AHAM is now going to contact this company and insist they remove this credential from their page. If you are looking for an unprofessional, unreliable service, you found it. I am in the process of trying to remove my previous review when I thought they were dealing in good faith.

He just stopped responding and my refrigerator is still not cooling and he did not keep his word.

The rate was high but the technician was very detailed about the problem.

Made easy saved me money from purchasing a brand new unit costing $3,500. I paid about $1,200 to repair unit but he did an awesome job for what I needed done.

They have clearly not done a good job vetting. I've called them 4 times and just get passed around. He is doing businesses under multiple names and had us write the check out to him, Antonio Gregory. Wrote him a check for what he said was 1/2 the cost $221. He never got the part and kept giving me different stories and the run around. The last one was that he would bring me a refund 3 days ago and has stopped responding since then.

Antonio Gregory had me pay him $260.00 for parts for a refrigerator and kept promising to come back to install. After many texts and phone calls, Antonio finally called me back and came and repaired ref. He then followed up a few days later to check on ref. . Is is still working fine. I have changed my evaluation of him due to him taking care of problem.

They overcharged me for a$10 dollar part that did not fix the problem. Told me if it did not fix the problem he would come back and fix it for free, parts and labor, and no service charge. When I called him a few days later he said he would be out the next day and put in Freon and it would not cost much, I told him it was supposed to be free, he balked at that and tried to give some excuse, never heard from him. I called him several times and he never returned my calls. I called the business number and got the default message, **the number you have reached 901-555-5555** type message, not a business recording with name of business etc. Left messages at both numbers, never a returned call. Will never use them again.

All enemies are happy to call them whenever they want. He answered all our questions about our refrigerator. We hired him and gave a deposit of 250. He never showed up to do the job.

I will continue to do business with, Made Easy Appliance. Mr. Antonio took time out to point out detail information concerning our refrigerator, and it was very much appreciated. Great Job ð ð ½ Mrs. Owens

He does good work!

I called early in the morning. They were able to work with my schedule and still got the work completed by midafternoon. The technician was professional, courteous and competent. He also explained what he was doing, and why. That was a bonus.
