Josh was very good in explaining the different types of flooring and the relative costs of both. He also gave us a rough estimate while he was there which really helped us decide to go with him. The installers were particularly good and very meticulous. They didn't quite finish on Saturday so came Sunday morning for a couple of hours to finish up--that is definitely above and beyond the call of duty!

I found Josh to be a very nice and honest young man. The carpet and laminate flooring were delivered and installed on the day promised, even though the carpet layers worked well into the evening to get the job done. I appreciate their hard work.

Josh did a great job of presenting options to me in the sales phase. He stayed in touch with me to ensure the instillation was done at my convenience. He had great technicians provide the instillation which was done on time, on schedule, with cooperative and helpful attitudes. The whole experience from sales to instillation was as pleasant as possible considering my house had been flooded!
