I had an appointment with Steve today at 9 AM he did not show at 9:30 I texted him if he was running late no response at 10 o?clock I called his phone number and left a message and no response at 10:30 they were still no response via text or phone I had texted him the night before asking if he was licensed and insured and he said yes perhaps he never really was I really don?t like the service people that make appointments and then cancel it never even show up or call very unprofessional

Good price. On time and was right away. Helped me pick out color. As soon as blinds came, he was able to install right away. He keeps his word and doesn’t try to take advantage of you. I would definitely recommend Made in the Shades.

Steve is a professional in this field, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience with the installation of window treatments. He was running a little late the day of our initial appt, but communicated this to me, so ok. He took measurements, and showed me what the shutters would look like. He uses others to actually install the shutters, (same as Home Depot uses), who did a great job also. Prices were better than most.

Great service! Steve is amazing and also helped us find other people for some other projects in the house. He is very kind and also very clean. He is a pleasure to work with and has such a positive attitude. The blinds are beautiful. He put up all of the blinds in our house and also helped us pick out and design all of the blinds and verticals. He was willing to come out 3 different times to put up our blinds and vertices as we needed them. He also did not accept full payment until after the job was completed and got us an awesome rebate. Really an amazing man and company. We need a few more like Steve in South Florida!!!

Steve, the owner of Made in the Shade did an excellent job helping me choose the blinds for my living room and kitchen, and installing them. I have received many compliments already. I received a phone call immediately after I called him for a quote. He is not only professional, on time, and reasonable...but he takes a personal interest in wanting to make sure you're satisfied.
