Eric, the salesman with Concrete Driveway Co. Asheville, was quite professional at the beginning. After the final payment was made it went down hill. I questioned the compaction and the driveway was jointed unevenly from several hours waiting on a second truck causing the first part to set. It created a river in the center of the pad, which in turn created a canyon at the end of my driveway. On top of that, they hit my retaining wall. I put in 3 claims. Itâ s been going on 2 months and they said they would do the repairs but Nate & Israel ( the companyâ s head of crews is my understanding ) schedule and donâ t show up or even have the decency to call. Nick, the regional Manager has stopped taking my calls. I am so frustrated ! One of the reasons I chose this company was they have a 10 year warranty. So far that is false advertising . The only option is to take them to court.

They dug up the area around the driveway leaving a foot ditch destroying the grass and plants around the driveway. I had to pay to replace the dirt and grass.

The Madewell team did a great job on the 21 Yard 40 foot parking area on a tricky hill side. They exceeded our expectations. Very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Theyâ re awesome!!!

They gave a bid then charged me $500.00 more to add gravel to the slab area because they did not know the codes. They should know the codes before giving a bid on a job. Then the company showed up with my metal garage, they would not put it up because the slab for a garage was out of square by 8 inches. Made Well did come back a week later and pour 2 more footers to square it up (Thanks Troy). My project is now 3 weeks out of scope. I have not had the inspector out waiting on the building to be put up.
