Do not hire this company. The owner Kevin is a fraud. He doesn?t pay sub contractors. Him and his team are scammers. Pockets the subcontractors money and ghost them. He needs to be held accountable.

I was contacted last Monday (12/8) by the subcontractor that installed my driveway. He said he had not been paid for his work and he would be placing a lien on my property. I contacted Concrete Driveway Co. immediately. I was told that it must have been a mistake and they would pay him that day. I asked to be notified when payment was made. No one called the rest of the week. On Friday the subcontractor let me know that he had still not received payment and would be proceeding with placing the lien. Concrete Driveway Co. is not answering the phone.

Do not hire this company. They are dishonest at best. You will not be able to reach anyone if there is an issue. Terrible company!!!

Concrete Driveway Co. spiked the job. Adam sold us a sixteen thousand dollar driveway with an 8k down payment. By the time all the permits were pulled he was fired. Nate took his place and told us the job would be complete in three days. The workers came out for two. Knocked out our internet service, hit our water main, never even made it to making forms. It is about to be a month since start and no one is returning our calls or emails. Do not recommend. They will take your money and run.

I hired Concrete Driveway Co to install a patio. The team did not show or call on multiple days the work was supposed to be completed. The company has not satisfactorily completed the job. They poured excess concrete in my flower beds and grass. The patio has a huge scratch in the center and has already started to crack. The coloration is uneven. They left my yard a mess. The â project managerâ Nate never showed up on site and was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. I do not recommend using this company.

Customer service needs to call back to customer if there's a complaint you should follow trough no following through not a worthwhile customer

AFTER THE FIRST POUR THEY FIRED THEIR PROJECT MANAGER JOSH WHO I WAS TOLED BY HIS BOSS MARK CULPEPPER WAS FOR INCOMPETENCE. THEY DELIVERED CRUSHED UP CONSTRCTION TRASH TO MY HOUSE WITH TILE ,PVC AND WINDOW CRANKS IN IT AND MARK SAID WE NEVER AGREED ON WHAT TYPE OF GRAVEL.WOW. SO THE SECOND TIME THE SAME SUBCONTRACTORS CAME OUT THAT COULDNT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND WITH NO PROJECT MANAGER FROM THE COMPANY I HIRED AND THE FD IT UP AGAIN. THE PROPERTY WAS NEVER GRADED PROPERLY THE SLAB IS NOT LEVEL OR SQUARE!!! I HAD TO MEASURE AND TAKE PICTURES FOR THEM LIKE I WORK FOR THE COMPANY, SO I SHOWED THEM EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG AND MARKS ANSWER WAS WELL WE FEEL ITS IN SPECS. AND DEMANDED PAYMENT. I HAVENT PAID SO THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME LIKE THEY HAVE DONE TO A LOT OF PEOPLE. CHRIS LEVENS TOLD ME HE KNOWS HIS COMPANY IS HAVING A LOT OF ISSUES RIGHT NOW AND HE IS TRYING TO GET BETTER UNFORTUNATLY HE IS DOING THIS AT OTHER PEOPLES EXPENSE. DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS! CONTACT YOUR AG AND FILE A COMPLAINT. STATE OF FLORIDA DEPT OF BUSSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION. IF THEY LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY GO TO THE COUNTY AND CONTEST THE LEIN.

If you come into contact with this company run away as fast as you can. They worked on a project for us... which they misquoted. We paid them for the project. Now we have received two construction liens from subcontractors who did not receive their payment from these scumbags. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. Or better yet, leave a bad review so we can help spread the word about this crooked company

This company wouldve received a great rating if they wouldnt have blown us off once our project was complete. Four days after our driveway was installed, the concrete cracked. We also noticed that they had damaged an existing slab of concrete while installing the new concrete. We followed their protocol and submitted a claim on their website. After receiving no response, we submitted another claim through their site And still nothing. We mailed a letter to their corporate office in Greenville SC, and its been over a month with no reply. Sucks that you have to take legal action for them to fix the bad workmanship of their install and get them to repair the damages that they make while on your property. Ohâ ¦. Also forgot to mention, that after your project is complete, they are going to tell you that the guaranteed quote you received is actually â Just an estimateâ and now you owe $1,743.00 more than what was anticipated, even though they used all the same materials and measurement that were quoted.

This horrible company sucks at communicating. The night before the project start date we were told they didnâ t buy enough concrete and then tried to up the price on the contract. Also tried to up the price of the color we had chosen THEN never paid the subcontractor. So now we have a lien against our home! Please do not hire concrete driveway company/Madewell concrete. They are thieves!!!

This was by part of the worst experience we had with any contractor. I couldâ ve picked someone up off the street and probably gotten better work than this. The product we received was not installed properly, and the stamping and color is incomplete. We had a total of 850 ft.² of stamped concrete patio and partial driveway replacement. We have no control joints no rebar in our driveway and only poured 4 inches thick and damage caused to our house in multiple areas. We also have sagging and water collection against our house. Upon notifying the company of these issues we have received radio silence. We were originally going to have the same company, replace the rest of our driveway, but we will never be using this company again.

From the time of estimate, through installation, their service was professional, checking and rechecking every detail to be sure I got the finished product I wanted and expected. They were also very respectful of my landscape, which is important to me. There would be no hesitation in hiring them, again.

Had some scheduling issues however once resolved the project was completed very professional, timely, neat and to my expectations. The driveway was an 856 square foot project that was completed start to finish in 8 hours, including clean up and haul away.

From the quote to completion of our driveway the team (Stuart, Tim, Chris, Gio, and Giovanni) did an outstanding job. The communicated very well through the entire process and went out of their way to help ensure issues with tree roots and irrigation weâ re resolved.
