The installers called me when they were about 20 minutes away. They installed three sets of curtains. I was very impressed because, as a retired interior designer, they took the time to steam the curtains and to "dress" them so all the folds were evenly spaced. I was further impressed when they took all the boxes, packing material and even my old blinds with them so I didn't have to deal with it. Very professional and congenial.
