We sell and install all types of window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters and draperies to compliment every taste and style. When you call Made in The Shade of Pittsburgh we will schedule an in home appointment that is always complimentary. We bring all samples and products to every home and we will assist you in determining the best product, style, and colors to fit your unique taste. We will provide swatches and samples, if necessary, and we will never pressure you into a decision. We do all installations ourselves.

I just had Rob & Kim McConnell from Made in the Shade Blinds install new blinds in two bedrooms. They did an excellent job! They are very professional, but also very nice people. They are neat & clean & very careful in your home. I would highly recommend them & will use them for future blinds & window treatments in my home.

Rob and Kim are very professional and friendly. They took time to listen to our ideas, and steered us in the direction that would better suit both the picture window and bay window. Being very patient to our time needed to compare color swatches. We also had several sets of kitchen Windows that we chose blinds for. We just had them all installed today and we love the results!! We would be thrilled to recommend this company.
