Madera Construction & Remodeling, LLC

We cannot overstate how exceptional our experience has been working with Madera Construction and Remodeling. Brett and team have successfully completed two projects for us, the most recent being the construction of an additional garage and courtyard area. Every phase was executed with the highest levels of professionalism and quality, from the initial estimate and architecture drawings to the permitting process and final construction.

Brett and his crew were great to work with.

On time, on budget, communicates well and often, great workers, and delivers a beautiful produce. Couldn't be happier with Brett and his crew.

They are easy to work with, respond well to questions and changes. On time and on budget.

Last year Madera Construction remodeled our Great Room. They did such an excellent job that this year we had them remodel our patio. Once again they did an excellent job. Brett, the owner of Madera Construction, is innovative when it comes to problem solving and design recommendations. We wanted to remove a load-bearing column that obstructed our view, but had no idea how that would be feasible. Brett proposed a solution that is not only structurally sound, but is also aesthetically pleasing. The Madera Construction crew are skilled workers with years of experience; they take pride in their work and it shows. I particularly appreciate how well they clean up after themselves at the end of the day. Madera Construction is in demand, so there will likely be a delay from the time you contact them until they can begin your project. But they keep in contact with customers to set realistic expectations both before and during construction. I was never left wondering when my projects would start or finish or whether the crew would show up each day. Based on what I hear from friends and neighbors, that's not typical and is much appreciated.

Superior work performed by Madera Construction. Besides our outdoor kitchen island remodeling - they also installed two large windows, replaced our carpeted floors with hardwood, tiled our front entrance, installed an outside garden area - all excellent work at a fair price. The entire team of workers were polite, friendly, professional, neat and always on time. They took their work seriously and it shows. I highly recommend for any remodeling and new installation work.

We have used Madera Construction for a number of projects. We find them to be reliable, responsive to our needs and considerate of our time schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service. Quality workmanship. Friendly, helpful accommodating.

Quality of work is exceptional. Great at keeping in communication as we had to choose different options regarding the garage door, access side door, lights, etc. Gave us many options to choose from. A real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Madera Construction & Remodeling are the most reliable and professional contractor we've ever used. They were had a full schedule when we first contacted them and couldn't immediately work with us. But they kept us updated on their schedule and tentative start date for our project. And once we had a set start date they showed up as scheduled. Brett, the owner, and all his crew are hard working, knowledgeable and professional. Brett stayed in contact with us throughout the project and promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how clean our home was once they had finished. We expected to spend a couple of days cleaning up before we could move back in. But they left our home in move-in condition. They did a beautiful, professional job and we couldn't be more pleased with them. We plan to use Madera Construction and Remodeling again and will definitely recommend them.

Very professional bathroom looks amazing!

Brett did a terrific job. He worked with us to create a design that our HOA would approve. It blends in with the house extremely well. The workmanship is great. He and his team are very professional.

Brett did a great job. He took care of everything for us. He helped me with the design of my new kitchen and all of the decision making of putting in a new kitchen and there is a lot of that. My kitchen looks amazing and they had it all done within the timeline promised. I will use this company again.

Installers took special care to prepare and protect my floors and furniture both before and after the installation of the tile. Their clean-up was exemplary and their care of working surfaces was especially good.

We wanted to move washer and dryer from laundry room to garage and replace the water heater in a home we purchased in Green Valley. We interviewed several contractors and selected Brett and Madera Construction after getting bids from them. From our initial meeting and explanation to the completion of the project we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work done. Each phase was clearly explained and we were shown the work as it was completed. All of the crew also cleaned up after their work. Brett did the final painting and hooked up the washer and dryer. We had a slight glitch with the water softener and Brett came over on a Sunday to rectify it and doubled checked it Monday to make sure all was working. We also liked that Brett did make some personal connections with us regarding our love of sport teams and relocation from the upper Great Lakes. The project was completed well within our budget and in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Brett and Madera for any similar projects and will be using him for any future remodeling or additions.

Brett is honest and trustworthy and "listens"

All aspects of the old carport removal and rebuild of the new one were done in a timely manner. I thought it was very professional that I was introduced to the subcontractors before the started work so I knew who they were when they arrived at my home. I requested an addition to the project partway through and it was incorporated without a problem. I would recommend Madera Construction to anyone.

Owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. He was mindful of my budget and finished the job early! I will definitely call on him for any future projects I have.

We are beyond pleased with the level of professionalism and the quality of work from Madera Construction. Brett and his team handled every detail of our kitchen remodel from start to finish. We have dealt with contractors in the past who did not return calls and jobs that went well beyond the projected end date. This was not the case with Madera. We were given a clear, realistic job completion date and they actually finished three days before schedule. My calls throughout the process were also returned in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship in my kitchen exceeds my expectations. Our old cabinets, granite and sink were removed and replaced with new materials. Our kitchen looks amazing! We will definitely be hiring Madera Construction for future home projects! Thanks again!
