Do not use this company. They use illegal immigrate to complete the work and then they donà ¢à  à  t pay them. In Florida the subcontractor can place a lien on your home if the contractor doesnà ¢à  à  t pay them. They do a poor job and then you have to fight them to pay their subcontractors. Stay away.

Don't use this company. They don't pay their subcontractors. Therefore the subcontractors go after the homeowner and will put a lien on the homeowners home for the money due. This happen to me, and Concrete Driveway Co. said they were handling it, but a lien has been placed on my house because they didn't. If you don't want the extra costs (paying subcontractors, legal fees, etc) then don't use this company.

They were a bit more expensive but, well worth the money. They had a project manager here during the install. Their crew was very positive, hard working, and courteous. The concrete and the jobsite looks great. They cleanup everything. I will recommend them to everyone who is looking for concrete work.

Much of the original work was ruined because the job was done on a day forecast to be very rainy. The company rescheduled to come back and redo the damaged portion of the driveway. Our water line was cut and we were without water for the entire day. At 6PM on the Friday before a long holiday weekend, the project manager informed us that the water line had been repaired, yet we still did not have running water. While Madewell took $300 off the cost of the project, the ensuing costs from professional plumbers were a great deal more. The finished project is acceptable, but I would never recommend this company to neighbors.

The communication link between the company scheduling and work offices is pretty bad. As a result, I was given a date for my driveway the be done, waited for hours on the scheduled date, and no one showed up. I had to call the company and inquire about this screw up. They never contacted me in advance to explain any delays. After the office person or sales person apologized for the company total lack of professionalism in keeping customers informed, I am now left waiting to hear from them and reschedule my driveway replacement project.

This company was a nightmare to work with. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and we were making this investment of our savings in our forever home. They refused to honor our original contract 2 days before install, and charged us $500 more. They did not follow through on completion in a timely manner and ended up destroying the aesthetics of our patio. Their lame attempts to fix it have made it ugly and they refuse to correct their damage. When we contacted Madewell management about our dissatisfaction they offered a refund that was insulting and useless. Madewell says they are a premier contractor but our attorney has termed their work as unprofessional. I consider them incompetent vultures.

MadeWell installed a new driveway & front entry walk for me with brick-stamped trim. From the time of estimate, through installation, their service was professional, checking and rechecking every detail to be sure I got the finished product I wanted and expected. They were also very respectful of my landscape, which is important to me. There would be no hesitation in hiring them, again.

Review: From beginning to end, Chris Mitchell did an excellent job leading this project. I appreciate how thorough he was in keeping me updated on the status and methods being used, and his team was courteous and very professional. This project was small but complicated, and the work is exemplary: Pouring new slabs, repaving, new dirt, etc. The finished products look great and I appreciate the excellent care that was taken to do the job right. Above and beyond with new pavers, etc!

Had some scheduling issues however once resolved the project was completed very professional, timely, neat and to my expectations. The driveway was an 856 square foot project that was completed start to finish in 8 hours, including clean up and haul away.
