EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!

I do not recommend Madina Mechanical, Inc. for any one. First they were 2 hours late. They have a very poor skill. They not only could not fix the problem of safety sensor tripping, but they tried to clean the blower and made a big damage and started to make enormous noise. When I complained about the noise , they just ignored me. All what they cared about just to rip you off with money and not to do any service

Madina Mechanical installed an Olsen 100,000 BTU model OMGB100HIDG1 gas hot water boiler furnace in August 2009 which replaced a 20 year old Raypak unit. The company's workmen were both efficient and courteous during this installation and removal process. Khan Delawar was contacted twice to fix two subsequent water leaks in the radiator system. Both of these service calls were covered and addressed under their one year service warranty. Their price and service contract was very competitive and I found them competent and co-operative.

Khan was very friendly while working in a professional manner. He walked me through every step of the maintenance process. He gave very clear answers to all my questions. He never made any commments which would cause me to question his knowledge of the equipment he was working on and with. I will share his name with my neighbours. Thank you Linda

Dilawar Khan was very responsive to my initial call.Started work the following day.I had a leak in my front hall radiator which required removal of old pipe and replace with new.He had alot of problems removing the old pipes,as well as his constant need to reposition the rad.caused scratches on my Mexican tile that is permanent and dents to my baseboard.I had provided a throw rug and +++towels to hopefully avoid these mishaps.The work was done Feb.18/19 and I just recently received my receipt after repeated phone calls.He has yet to repace the valve that he broke and bent the shaft.He had said he had one at home "no problem" now he says no!!!

They did a great job. They cleaned up after the job. The rice was really good. They are honest, courteous and did good work. I have recommend him to friends.
