Our project involved growing a nice lawn where we had lots of moss and bare space and had failed in previous efforts, removing damaged or overgrown shrubs and replacing them with new plantings, and nice edging all around. Edison Chae (the owner) listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, submitted a proposal that was reasonably priced, and did what he promised and more for the proposal price. He and his crew were pleasant and professional. They left the site clean. He even went with us to a wholesale garden company to select new plantings that would work well on our property and please us. Thr crew improved the working of our sprinkler system by relocating or repairing some sprinklers and adjusting all of them to give us better watering coverage. They also removed some tree limbs where we needed more sunlight. Finally, he came back to overseed any areas that had not come in so well.

Our project included a spring clean-up, garden edging, the replacement of patio jointing compound, as well as the addition of loam, seed, mulch, and gravel. We are very pleased with the work completed on our property. Edison is a consummate professional. He offered multiple helpful suggestions to improve the appearance and functionality of our property. Would definitely recommend his company to others.

You hear these horror stories of people who take your money and get back to you whenever they feel like it, but this was the complete opposite. They gave me a clear breakdown of costs, told me when they were going to start, and when they were going to be done, and did exactly what they said they would do at exactly the budget they said they'd do it at. I honestly had no idea how they were going to demolish a shed, move a couple of trees, set up a retaining wall, and re-create my front and back lawns in, like, a week. But they did, and it turned out wonderfully.

Edison and his team were wonderful! I have a very difficult backyard because there is no access for machinery. I have a backyard that is on a slope and it has 3 terraces. It needed stone retaining walls and a stone patio. Edison and his team dug, carried and installed every item in the backyard by hand! Yes the price was high but it was oh so worth it. They converted my not so useable backyard into a gorgeous living space. We are enjoying it tremendously. I did have a couple of issues afterwards but Edison and his team came back and corrected the issues promptly at no cost. Im addition it was such a joy working with Edison and his team are a hard working guys. Definitely recommend them for your next project. PS: they did help me with the design and had excellent ideas.

Edison and his team quite literally saved our back yard. We had major flooding and ponding issues for the last 2 years, so much so that it killed off about half the grass in our yard. These guys installed a new drainage system, regraded, and seeded our yard all within a matter of a couple weeks. We went from a marshy duck pond back to a lush green pasture and have had no signs of ponding or flooding since. Cannot thank them enough!

While picking out the paver stones, he dropped off and set up several different design patterns and didnâ t rush us to make a decision.
