Building Site Preparation and Clearing
Jason Bean of Madison River Excavation did not communicate. Does not have realistic concept or understanding of work to be completed. Did some work then became confused and did not communicate or finish job, then abandoned project with out reply. Was paid, for septic install, but wrote NSF checks to engineer. Is not qualified and does not have septic install license. Jason ultimately filed fraudulent lien on clients property for work not done and still will not communicate. Absolute nightmare for client. Discussion with other contractors reveals I am not the only contractor to be negatively involved.
