Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Local landscaping company going by the name of Madrid Design and Landscaping, are currently scamming the vulneralble and elderly people of lee county. The current owner and operators name is David [Last Name Removed] whom resides in [Street Address Removed] Lehigh acres fl 33971. He currently drives a Nissan Altima 3.5 sl License plate number [Removed]. [David] has been performing estimates and requiring down payments for services. Upon receiving down payments from serveral customers [David] is known to not complete jobs and proceed with disconnecting his mobile phone. His recent victim is a cancer survivor along with other elderly victims. With all this information provided Cape Coral police have refused to take any action. this is unacceptable. During this Veterans weekend we are reminded how precious our elders are, and we are extremely thankful for what they have done and continue to do. That being said hopefully your news team thinks this is worth the time to protect others from being taken advantage of here in our community. Again Cape Coral police are aware of this situation but refuse to act.

This company is a scam. They have a guy named David that takes your money after he gives you the estimate and you wonâ  t get any work. Their reviews are all fake. Others have complained of this company. I went to the police and filed a report on them. Stay away.

DO NOT USE OR HIRE DAVID PEREZ OF MADRID LANDSCAPING. HE WILL TELL YOU HE NEEDS THIS MUCH FOR DEPOSIT AND SUPPLIES. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME BACK. WE PAID HIM $1,699 DEPOSIT AND SUPPLIES AND HE LEFT CASHED CHECK IMMEDIATELY NEVER CAME BACK AND DISCONNECTED HIS PHONE NUMBER. HE IS A SCAMMER AND FRAUD JUST OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO ANY WORK.

I paid David Perez $1,600 for landscaping services. He cashed the check and then disconnected his phone #. Lied to me multiple times about coming to perform the work. Do NOT work with this company..
