Never use MAE FENCE Company. They are terrible and I had to sue them and won in small claims court in Hamilton County. look it up. Case # 23CV26587 Buyer beware!! They still have never paid up fully so I?m still pursuing them! Also- they say they have a Cincinnati location but that is a HUGE lie- it doesn?t exist! Never use this company- you have warned!! ORIGINAL REVIEW Dear Owner Timothy Surprise, Assistant [Provider Information Removed] and Customers of Mae Fence. In 2024, I hired Mae Fence to install a $14,000 fence along my back yard. During the sales pitch I was told that my fence would last over 20+ years. I am attaching pictures of my fence after only 2 years. The horrible supposed cedar wood they used is failing. The majority of slats are starting to show holes where each knot is. Posts are splitting and screws are coming out of the fence! This fence won't make it 2 more years. I was s disappointed with their work. The wood is splintering already, and they left lots of gaps. I'm looking to have Mae's fence torn down and a new one installed.

Quick install. Great customer service

I had a fence and gate installed. First they didn't follow the plan of what I needed done, second I called about the flimsy gate that wasn't done correctly and kept blowing open every little breeze. Now my gate is broken. The oh so strong cedar they sold me on has snapped in the winds we had last night. Of course it's a weekend so I will get no response. I wish I could post the pictures.

Horrible experience with this company. They do not even have contact with the team doing the work they messed up my fence and installed it wrong and Samantha who is in charge off customer service a solid 1/10 horrible would pay extra for another company tbh

This is second fence we had installed by this company. Happy with the quality of work. Wasnâ t the cheapest quote we got but was not the highest cost either. One first fence had to have come and do a few touchups in which they did. Very quick and respectful workers.

We had such quick turn around with this company, from start to finish they kept us in the loop and the men who installed the fence put in amazing work. They tore our old fence out and installed our new fence in a single day. We had to make some revisions last minute due to a corner lot and it looks flawless. Love every single detail.
