Wow! Manuel Gomez exceeded our expectations! Mag Selva repaired our backyard bridge and made it look new in less time than projected. We hired him immediately afterwards to build a deck off of our sunroom. His attention of framing was impressive. Manuel hand-picked the wood and the finished deck looks beautiful.

Had siding repair done around my chimney. Finished work looks as if it were done right originally. Repair was needed because cement siding was touching the roof and deck so repairs included fiberglass bottom row. Paint, siding and trim matching was perfect.

Mag Selva personnel not only repaired damaged single, but inspected my whole roof and found several loose shingles that they repaired at the same time. Also found my ridge cap was damaged and ready to blow off. I had another company do some repairs from wind damage two different times recently and never found any of these problems or looked for them. This is the most professional, punctual, and knowledgeable company I have ever used for roofing. This will be the only company I will ever use from now on. And the only company I will ever recommend. They are the best.

Great quality work at a reasonable price. We requested a quote to replace a few missing shingles. Manuel scheduled an appointment for same day. We also found loose cement sidings. He explained the required repair/ replace process, gave us a reasonable quote and did not upsell for which we agreed. Next day he was on time and completed the work exactly as required. Had a great experience overall with this team and would definitely be calling them for future work.

Great communication from Manuel on steps to repair leak underneath clay tile. Pics taken at each step of repair. Timely arrival each day and very professional, respectful of property and nice clean-up. We are very pleased, awaiting next hard rain to determine if repair works! 10-year warranty.
