Alex repiped our entire home. He also completed a lot of custom design work to relocate all major plumbing appliances to a more practical and serviceable location. He continues to assist us with plumbing work as needed while we remodel our entire home. His skills and quality of work is exceptional. Heâ  s very responsive when needed and always goes the extra mile to ensure things meet his high standards. He charges a fair price and gets the work done in a timely manner. I feel fortunate to have found him. I highly recommend these guys.

Great guys, timely, professional service!

Our sump pump failed within 3 months of buying our home, flooding our entire basement. Because of our location our home warranty company didn't have a plumbing company in network. We were able to hire a plumber of our choice but had to get an invoice and wait for approval before work could begin. If we went ahead with the work without approval, we would be on the hook for everything. Alex was extremely patient and understanding of our situation and while waiting for approval went above and beyond to stop the flooding and ensure no further flooding would occur until we got approval from the warranty company. He stayed until he was sure we were out of the woods. Needless to say, he fixed our sump pump issue, and we haven't had any since. Since then, we unfortunately have had other issues with our plumbing and without hesitation he is the first and only person we call. Alex has pulled our fat out of the fire now on multiple occasions. He has come on short notice, at the end of his day when I know he would normally be going home because he knew we were in a bad situation and once stayed until 10pm because he was determined to find the issue and resolve it. We also called him when we wanted a water softener and house filter installed. He explained in detail and demonstrated how the system works and told us to call if we had any further questions. Alex treats you like family and takes a personal investment in ensuring you and your family are taken care of. If you have plumbing issues THIS is your guy. And THIS is your company. Without question.

Did a great job.

Alex repiped the entire house in two days. Afterwards there was an issue with a fitting and Alex came out in an ice storm to address it. The very next day he came and replaced all suspect fitting. Good people that do a great job. Thank You Mag Services LLC.

Alex and Nate did a great job. Repaired a lot of old plumbing, added a few new items, and went above and beyond to repair old damage and make maintenance from here on easier. Kept in contact as a couple issues arose and cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend.

The customer service was great. He did not have the tools to complete the job on the first visit so he had to come back another day. $80 an hour is not a fair price for me, that's just too much money. That is the reason for the 3 rating. The toilet works fine and he replaced and fixed what needed to be done. I would recommend this company. They do good work.

Nate did an awesome job. Fix was quick and he was understanding of a hectic house full of kids and dogs. Would definitely recommend him!

I am very disappointed. I have called Mag Services to come out again to fix knocking pipes and they said they would come. They have not returned my calls. The name of the repairman is Milton C. Goff. Need a call from them.

Did excellent work on first project. Second project never occurred. Got an estimate then no follow up. Slow response then no response to text messages or phone calls. Getting new plumbers.

Excellent work. My well pump went out on Mother's day. I had no water. I called several places and they responded without any hesitation. They installed my new pump during a rain storm. I highly recommend them.
