Locksmith
Magen Solutions installed surveillance cameras and equipment during August 2016. After that install (5 star rating), I requested a locksmith job and prepaid a check for $644 to purchase the lock. They have not come back and will not answer my calls. No work has been done and they have my money.

Does not complete job and return phone calls. They were not equipped with proper supplies and employees were not supplied with petty cash or cards to purchase any additional materials needed to complete my job. I forgot to get an invoice for work performed and requested one immediately. No response from them. Will never use it recommend them to anyone.

First time you called us stating you had a problem with the HDMI we installed we spoke with you very politely although we did not appreciate your initial attitude towards us. After discussing the issue, we had schedule an appointment with you to go over and solve the situation after the holiday weekend. Unfortunately we could not make it to which we let you know about it. It is our understanding we we waiting for your call to go over and take care of the issue for you. Our employees are always equipped with what they need for each specific job. Unfortunately, no, our employees does not carry either money to buy supplies because they are provided with everything before they leave and head out to customers. Shall they need something else, they will be provided with it immediately. We do apologize for not receiving your invoice in due time, it can get too hectic at the office. Will send it first thing tomorrow morning. We do pride ourselves in our customer service as we are always available to our customers and they are always happy with the service we provide them. Unfortunately, even though we wish we could, not always things will be perfect but we are always available to handle the situation and make sure our customers are content and pleased. Always happy to serve! Thanks"

Jose arrived Friday morning to give me an estimate. He did not try to oversell me on new garage doors, and told me that only my hardware needed to be replaced. I agreed to his price (VERY reasonable) and he had a crew out here within a few hours to complete the job. Very professional work and very courteous people. I will definitely use them on any future needs (considering a security system through them).

Very professional. They called to set up and verify the appointment and were very reassuring. Called before arriving to notify they were on their way. They assembled the mount, and set up the tv exactly as I wanted. Before leaving they told me to call if I had any questions, concerns, or needed help with any other projects. I was truly surprised that they offered to come out on a weekend to replace my garage door spring which had broken in two. They were very prompt, knowledgeable and were true to the estimate they gave me over the phone. I will definitely request their services again.
