Dumpster Rental Service Delivery & Pickup
Magenta was supposed to supply me with a dumpster for my bathroom renovation. We agreed on the delivery date, price, etc. and I gave them my credit card information to charge me. The dumpster never arrived. No response to phone calls or emails. Left hanging and had to change the entire timeline of the project. Would not recommend or ever do business with them again.

I used them for two of my projects. They charged me $200 extra each time after they picked them up. They said it was over the weight limit, but the second time it was only 3/4 full. The owner thinks he is a big shot.
Response from Magenta Construction Services, Inc.
"2 out of 5 dumpsters overweight. Others, no overages. The 2 dumpsters which received surcharge loaded w/concrete debris from bathrooms. Concrete is usually the culprit when surcharges occur. This is explained prior to purchase in the interest of transparency to all our customers."

Have rented dumpsters from Magenta three times in the past three months for my home renovation. Delivery and pick up were on time and the customer service was great. They even came out to move it up the driveway during the time we had it.
