When she initially arrived, she was fantastic. However, she has recently been arriving late or not at all to work. She should be pleasant and truthful all of the time, not just in the start.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Maggie was super sweet and very hospitalitable. She quoted a price and time frame and how many people were going to be doing the job.. We were quoted for 2 people at 4 hours.. She did the work herself and it was almost 8 hours. I know we gave her alot of work, but I feel like with the amount of time spent, the job should've been cleaner.. The floors weren't sweeped completely, the glass doors on the showers weren't cleaned completely, the sinks were still dirty, and the backroom was not cleaned at all. Like I said Maggie was amazing but I think we will go with another

"I did the best to make you happy. I even went above and beyond to get the job done. Sometime you can't make everyone happy."

Customer Beware, she is nice amicable but get a quote first and get the services she will provide in writing first. She is not bonded or Licensed nor comes with the proper cleaning products. She has changed the price 3 times.
Response from Maggie's Cleaning Service
"Who I met was your son and I worked for free, I would take the bad comments if you paid but you still have not paid me for this work. Her son told me what to clean and she never arrived to the house to check on the work or to pay me. I am not required to have a license for cleaning houses and she never asked me to see this information. I told her I use natural cleaning products that are better for the environment. I have been using this product for all of my cleanings and if the customer does not want me to use these then I will use their products but I always have the same products with me. I let the customer choose what products and most of them prefer to use mine since they are non toxic and better for all of us."

No, I would recommend her at all. She assumed my house is clean. NO, the house was not clean at all. The job should be very easy for her. Please do not believe the 5 stars rating.
Response from Maggie's Cleaning Service
"I was there from 11:30 to almost 7:30 more than 7 hours, she cannot be saying I did not clean the house when I did. I even left a cleaning product for her and she did not let me go out to buy myself lunch. I only had half a sandwich and some chips she bought for me with water. Luckily I had food on my car but I felt I was treated like a working slave for her. I even helped her load her car with things she was returning to Home Depot and this is how appreciative she is."

Leticia was the name of the person who cleaned my home. She did a very good job overall, we are very happy with the outcome. However the only thing is we would like for you to keep in mind for next time is we would like for under the bed to be cleaned, it was still dusty. And some of the surfaces in the home was still a little dusty too.

She was the only service who would let me customize the service to what I need. She is very nice, did good work, I will use her again. She needs to get insurance and bonded before I can recommend her to my other friends.
