Very professional. They had a whole "Here's what we can do" presentation after they came out to assess the problem. They even offered financing which was very necessary because the price kept going up. Apparently my house/roof had issues. They were loud. I would recomend not being at home when they remove/install a new roof.

Decent workmanship but overpriced. The cost of the job DOUBLED after they had to add additional wood supports. They took advantage of the fact that the roof was basically dismantled and then said pay us the extra $$ or we leave.

"We never tell anyone that we would just leave a job. When rotted wood is uncovered, we provide an estimate for this additional work. We always give an option for someone to get other estimates. We inform the owner that we will make the roof watertight, but cannot take responsibility for the roof until the wood is fixed and we install a new roof."

I have a full slate roof. THey repaired most slates but ran out of material so used shiney copper instead. It looked awful. I called and they said they would fix and made an appointment. They cancelled this and re-scheduled 3 weeks later. Iit took numerous calls to actually get them to come out and install the correct slates. Very unresponsive

"When repairing a slate roof, sometimes it takes more slates than originally estimated due to breakage during the repair process. We use copper as a "bib", which follows the National Roofing contractors Association repair guidelines for slate roofs. The owner objected the aesthetics of this. We had to reschedule because, at that time, we were hit by 11 inches of rain and had many emergencies."

I did not have a good experience with this group. I hired them to replaced the roof. They didn't communicate regarding work schedule and the roof needed to be serviced a week after completion due to leakage from skylight installation. When I called about the problem, they came the next day to fix, but their attitude was not customer friendly. I don't recommend them.

"We email and leave messages as to when all work is scheduled. We are a very busy roofing contractor,as we do very detailed installations. This causes are backlog to stretch out sometimes during the busy season. The skylight leaked, but we did not replace or install this skylight. This was an old skylight, yet we went back and solved their problem."

The initial presentation from the salesman was a little too complicated and confused a few issues. Scheduling was a little problem but the actual work was done in a very timely fashion (1 day). The cost was a little higher than initially estimated but the service was great. Very pleased...no leaks!!!!

Since this was an insurance funded replacement job for damaged siding, the normal competitive bid process for pricing was not used. As an experienced competitive buyer, but not one experienced with the insurance evaluation and pricing methods, I cannot really evaluate the value/price - but the work was done timely and with good craftsmanship.

I hired Maggio Roofing to install a new roof on the main level of my rowhouse. Maggio Roofing came out to my house as scheduled and installed the roof within the time agreed. In addition, Maggio Roofing accepted my terms for payment arrangements and has not once hassled me. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality of service.

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
Once the crew was on-site, the job was done in a timely manner. Both the estimator and installer were courteous and friendly. I gave fair marks on communication and timeliness due to lack of communication from the office. I took off a day of work for the installation and when the crew was late I had to call the office to find out that they weren't coming and they couldn't schedule installation until 5 days later. It would have been nice if the office had kept me more informed.
