Prompt and courteous. Explained everything he did and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company.

Showed up on time, gave text they were on way, younger than I expected but was exceptionally clean, properly attired, had the tools to do the work, was friendly and polite, quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work, I observed that he knew what he was doing, comfortable using electrical meters, etc., and when done cleaned up his workspace like the old time repair guys used to do !!!! The price was about 1/2 what I expected to pay based on appliance repairs I had in the past that didn't take as long or require parts. Definitely my go to guys for appliance repairs !

Originally service was preformed well, later on when the issue arrived they would not respond.to any of my calls. I had to resolve the issue on my own.

Constantin arrived on time, performed the work in the time he said it would take. There was a small issue with the repair, but when I called the next day, Constantin came right out and fixed the problem, no questions asked. Very professional and we would use him again.

Constantin was very professional and honest my garbage disposal hasnt been working for several months .I thought I need a new one .Constantin checked it and was able to make it work .he could of just said I need a new one and instead he was honest and only charged me for the visit.

Came the same day I called (Saturday) Efficient, did a wonderful job! Very professional, cleaned up behind him. Constantine is the best. Quality work. The company will be my go to all the time. Fair charge too, not inflated because it was done weekend on a weekend day. Highly recommend this company!!
