The service was completed very well, but the repair man did not introduce himself clearly and specifically when he arrived, stating his name and the name of the company. This is important so customers know who they are speaking to when they answer the door.

We had a problem with the timer on our washer. Our tech arrived on time, confirmed it was a timer problem and said he would have to order the part. When the part came the tech came out again and installed it and left. After he left we put in a load of wash and went upstairs to watch some TV. A few hours later we went to put the clothes in the dryer and the washer was still in the wash cycle. We called the tech and he couldn't believe it. Long story short, the new timer he had put in was defective. Another new timer did the trick. Best part, no extra charge and the wash is done.

An associate from Magic Appliance Repair called right away and offered for the repairman to call me back to discuss the issue with my dryer. Gene called me within 10 minutes and offered to come by and have a look at the dryer (he lived a few blocks away). With my busy work schedule, how could I refuse? He diagnosed the dryer with a bad blower and replaced it within a half hour at a very reasonable rate and even applied a coupon toward the repair. He even vacuumed the lint inside the dryer. I can't remember the last time I had such excellent service and would highly recommend this company!

I was not provided any estimate for the work to be performed. The charges were outrageous and were based on some kind of book the technician was carrying. The charges were not based on time spent. The company was not willing to listen to my side of the story and was adamant that the charges were fair. Very poor customer service.

Gene called within minutes of submitting my request for service. We set up an appointment for the following day, and I asked that he please call when he was on his way, so I could have my husband meet him at the house. Sure enough, he called 35 minutes before his arrival, which gave my husband plenty of time to get there. The repair went smoothly as they had the parts with them. They tested and re-tested to insure everything was working properly. He even found a missing screw and replaced it for us. He cleaned up everything before he left. It was a job well done in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommend!

I called for an appointment and he showed up early. Serviceman came and diagnosed the problem with my refridgerator and recommended not to repair but replace the unit. He was very honest and charged only a minimum amout for the service call.

Magic Applicances was the least expensive travel charge, and when Gene determined what the problem was with the refrigerator he showed me how I could fix the problem myself and not be charged for the repair. I opted to have him correct the problem and he did a great job. Very reasonable, knowledgable, friendly and timely.
