I have helped mothers organize their children's clothes and toys. I have helped the elderly upkeep their homes in a manner they can no longer do. I have done various levels of hoarding from families inheriting neglected properties- entire homes, apartments and commercial spaces. Homes that have been emptied for many years. I have cleaned up after infestations among the trash and debris in the space. Helped clean up sheds, barns and warehouses for resale purposes and there stands a thriving business or family! I have worked on homes that 75% of the room doors cannot be opened. The magnitude of "stuff" has barricaded the doors closed. -Apartments that have been demolished by a renter Experience with various commercial and rental properties, foreclosures- Move in - move out cleans I've also cleaned for owners of Airbnb on short notice availability/emergencies. There is a specific person with certain stamina to see some of these projects through. Not everyone has it. We do.
