Magic Broom is owned and operated by a mother daughter team. Sandra West has owned and operated her own business for more than thirty years. Bobo West Burgess has a business degree and has worked in office management. Magic Broom provides routine residential and office cleaning on an as needed basis. Each visit we provide detail cleaning of your home or office. We strive to go the extra mile, so you will be pleased with our service and the quality of our work. We take pride in our reputation and the quality of our work reflects this. Our mission is to be the best housecleaning service in Memphis. Our goal is to deliver to our customers the best service possible. We will do this by communication with you, our customer, to find out your personal needs. Given the privilige, we intend to work hard to keep you as a customer for many years .

The maids cleaned proficently, but I still feel as if it could have been done a little better. I do admit that I am picky and I like things to be exceptionally clean because I have small children.

They did a fine job. Nice to have 3 people complete the area in a short time and enjoyed their bringing supplies and appliances. Will have back every other week depending on pricing.

They did a great job. Sandra and her team helped me out in a pinch when I really needed some help at the last minute. I will definitly be calling them again. They were all very friendly and worked quickly to get my house clean. The smell of a clean house is something I can get used to!

Magic Broom was fantastic! We just loved them! Unbelievably thorough and conscientious! Sandra West came first with her crew even though she would be going out on another job, since this was their first time with us. We definitely will use them again!
