Harold graciously gave us different service options and costs at our request. Everything was explained and no pressure at all to make a quick decision. Price for our customized service was very fair and the service was thorough with wonderful results, We have pets and had pet stains/odors and these were efficiently and successfully treated. Harold and his helper took great care and time to do the job right with friendliness and professionalism. After having disappointing results with other carpet cleaner companies over the years, we are sold on Harold's Magic Carpet Cleaning and expect to be repeat customers when the time comes.

The first time that he came, it seemed to take extra time to dry. He now brings the fans to help it dry more quickly. If there is a question he does not know, will find the answer. He is very good at what he did for me.
