Absolutely awesome experience. We had entire house re-carpeted. Three bedrooms, walk in closets, and large two level room over garage. We were hesitant because we are older and have large furniture that needed to be moved. Went to our local flooring business in Great Bridge first and were shocked by the price. Contacted Gary who came out same day and measured. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and gave us an awesome price. His crew took out old carpet, moved furniture, installed new carpet, and left the house spotless......all in one day. The new carpet is fantastic. Very glad we chose Magic Carpet and Flooring.

Absolutely horrendous service, shoddy work, bait & switch thieves. Used two different colors LVT in one room because they ran out of the color I ordered. Floor was supposed to be leveled, but was 3â  off in a 10â  room. As other reviews stated, owner and his flunky refused to look at it, refused to offer any resolution & were enraged that I would not accept the horrible job they did.I ended up ripping it all out myself and returning it to their parking lot! DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE ABUSIVE TREATMENT THESE PEOPLE DOLE OUT WHEN THEY SCREW UP.
