We hired Magic City Inspectors during our home buying process. We worked with Bill Corbett and think he did a very thorough job. We arrived at the end of the inspection and he spent 45 min reviewing his findings and showing us how to read his final report. The final report included many pictures that easily helped us understand where main issues were. We also like that we can call him anytime in the future with any questions!

I needed a home inspection quickly as I was in town for only a couple of days... Magic City responded promptly as I put in the request on a Sunday and they were there the next morning (Monday) at 8:30 AM!!!
