The house looks nice but, my mother did not like the fact two men were cleaning the house, she was a little uncomfortable being alone in the house with two men. We will not be using them again. However, Ron the owner is incredibly nice and wonderful. It was just a gender thing. My mom would feel more comfortable with women in the house. Also, my dog does not like men. But the house does look nice.

I thought this would be good value for the budget. However, I felt that the service could be a little better. There were too many little things wrong. The best way to judge something is to ask if you would do it again. I very much doubt it. I was not there to watch or supervise and maybe if I was there it might have been different.

Very professional and timely and had some nice ideas. Hired to do my windows, floors, steam cleaning, along with pre-sale and post sale cleaning. Love the 1 stop shopping. Did a nice job overall.

We needed someone to powerwash our home and deck immediately to get it ready for sale. Magic Cleaning Concepts responded to my request immediately, and showed up to do the work 2 days later. Our house never looked better when it hit the market 3 days after Magic Cleaning Concepts did their work. We had several offers on our home the very day it hit the market. These people are very professional and courteous too. I highly recommend them!

Ron was very nice and up front with pricing. Could have been a little clearer on my options though. When I asked, I was told, but more could have been volunteered. Some of his team seemed new to the job and were not clear on my expectations. Ron was great, and I would have liked if he could have stayed the whole time. I would definitely use them again if the need arrived!! The prices were very good when compared to the competition!

Unfortunately, they did not get the pet stains out of the carpets and never even said anything to me that they were not able to perform these duties. I was not happy with how my carpets looked after the cleaning. However, the men that came were very nice and professional. They were in and out in an hour. I wish I would have known that your company is not an expert in pet stains.
