We have many plants and bushes with frost damage. They trimmed, everything and cleaned up great. Would definitely use them again and their price was reasonable!

This is more of a clean up the yard service, with a hedge trimmer and a blower... as they say. Blow and go, fits the bill

Casey did a fantastic job with communication and scheduling. His crew came by prior to the initial landscape work being completed to review and ask questions. They came back at the scheduled date and time and did a great job. Will definitely continue to use and recommend.

FIRED .. BILLING FRAUD .. QUOTED PRICE OF $180 FOR INITIAL CLEAN UP & I PAID THAT VERY DAY. WE AGREED ON WEEKLY SERVICE OF $37.50. TO BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD, ONCE PER MONTH. CONSERVATION WAS RECORDED OF THE AGREED PRICE, AND CONFIRMED IN A TEXT & EMAIL. ON THE FIRST BILLING OWNER 'CASEY KITTENAH" BILLED ME $180 (THAT I ALREADY PAID) + $250 FOR THE FIRST MONTHS' SERVICE (INSTEAD OF THE AGREED $150/MONTH). I EMAILED CASEY, REQUESTING THE CORRECTED BILL, AND TOLD HIM HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID THE $180, AND ONCE i RECEIVE THE CORRECTED BILL OF $150, I WILL GIVE HIM MY WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE MY CARD.SO WHAT DOES HE DO? HE IGNORES MY EMAIL AND CHARGES MY AMEX FOR THE ENTIRE FRAUDULENT BILLING, AND FRAUDULENTLY BILLED MY CARD. I PROVIDED AMEX PROOF OF THE $180 PAID FOR THE INITIAL CLEAN UP, AND MY RECORDED CONSERVATION WITH CASEY OF THE $150/MO. ACCORDINGLY AMEX, CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND DEBITED MY ACCOUNT. CASEY KITTANEH CONTINUED TO EMAIL/MAIL ME BILLINGS FOR $242.50. I CONTACTED THE ARIZONA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE & FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR CREDIT CARD BILLING FRAUD, WHICH IS PENDING. i AM FILING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS WITH THE PHOENIX FBI, AND US POSTMASTER. CASEY KITTANEH, MAGIC ELVES LANDSCAPING AND EXCELLENT CLEANING NEED TO BE PUT OUT OFF BUSINESS & PROSECUTED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR ANY ENTITY OWNED OR RELATED TO CASEY KITTANEH. Owner is total liar, scam artist and scumbag. Quoted $180 for initial cleanuo, the $150/month afterwards. First bill was $430; owner said he quoted different amount, then tried to charge my AMEX card (which of course I disputed and AMEX removed). Pending Criminal investigation against owner Casey Kittenah. Lawsuit filed in federal court for illegal credit card fraud billing, and debt collection harassment. against owner Casey Kinnaneh, spouse an company. Do NOT used this guy .. he just wants to get your credit card number, and he will bill you whatever, and fight you claiming that you misunderstood his quote. You cannot trust this scam artist.

Magic Elves is always on time and very efficient! They accommodate all requests! Jerry, the head landscaper, is very easy to communicate with and the staff is very pleasant and polite. I have never had a problem in the 2 + years they have been working for us. Highly recommend them!

The guys are very pleasant but continue to miss doing things that I like to be done after working my yard for over a year. Don't speak English so it's hard to communicate with the crew.
