The quality of their work is shotty to say the least. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Sandra and Martin were super friendly up until they took our money, however, less than 2 months after install the quality of their work could be seen and was extremely embarrassing. I noticed a long crack in the corner of one of the slabs. After months of giving me the run around and even blaming me, they agreed to replace the cracked piece ONLY under the condition that I didnâ t hold them responsible if they damaged anything else in the process. Just shy of one year I have a few other cracks along the seams as well as chips and peeling. Iâ ve reached out to them but of course theyâ re ignoring hoping that their problems just go away. Poor quality all the way around. Do NOT use this company.

The folks at Magic Granite have done several small to medium-sized granite installations for me in the past few months, and we are thrilled with each and every one! We recently moved to Plantation and my goal is to upgrade our 26-year old home. Sandra and Martin have been instrumental in helping me do that. They've done kitchen countertops, guest bath countertop, and several other projects, all with expertise and outstanding customer service. I consider their pricing reasonable and their workmanship outstanding. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend this company. There was a lot of supply chain issues from covid and they were very accommodating and flexible from beginning to end. The craftsmanship work and communication was also very good and done in a timely fashion. The prices were also very competitive and reasonable.

This is one of the best contractors we've ever had. They did a complete kitchen remodel and made terrific suggestions and executed the work beautifully. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They were very professional they showed me work that they had already done they came out and detailed measured everything and customer service with each person that came out was great like shopping at publix. They came in did the job work diligently and was out of there

The final result exceeded my expectations beyond description. The quality of workmanship and materials are top notch with beautiful cabinets and countertops that transformed my kitchen into our new favorite hangout. I have had many projects completed over my time and I honestly never had a company that followed up and communicated every step of the process as Magic Countertops has. Lastly, if you are thinking about any kind of remodeling or countertops you really need to get a estimate from Magic or you will miss out on the fantastic value and great savings they offer! Yes, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking about a project for their home!
