2 people team cleaned well. I was quoted 1.5 to 2 hours They were 15 mins over but I was not charged for the overage. Great customer service. However, $180.00 was the charge and that is just too much for me. This being my first time using Angie, I did not know about the discounts offered. I was contacted by the company owner outside of Ang ie and so never got the chance for the discounted rate.

Fantastic team of (3) people came and cleaned out our oven and fridge. We had a rather unfortunate accident with a casserole dish that spilled between the door and the bottom of the stove - basically went everywhere. They were able to come and clean the very next day (with little/no notice) and did a simply wonderful job. Professional staff and very hard working - Thanks so much for your help!

I have been using Vagner and his crews for 3 years now. I do a cleaning sporadically so not a consistent service, however Vagner is always able to accommodate my timeframe! He has had crews that did ok, and crews that did awesome jobs. I tip accordingly. But I always call Vagner!

Lovely, lovely, lovely ladies that cleaned the house. They were hard working and did a great job. This is one of the best cleaning services I have had and they did it with smiles on their faces.

Update - Vagner decided not to cash the check, so I got the below for free and I have changed my customer service rating to 4 to reflect that the owner attempted to make it right. He also offered to pay for the handle, but I already had it fixed. 880sf apartment - 1bed-1 bath. 4 man hours for 129$ (now free) They broke the shower handle and did not tell me. When I asked about the water mark spots on my wood table - One of the cleaners - LOURDES - pretended that using a DRY TISSUE - YES I CHASED HER DOWN TO TOUCH IT - was proof that the spots were impossible to remove. I took a spray and wiped it myself - SURPRISE!! THEY DISAPPEARED!! Imagine my surprise about that. They did not vacuum the main room until I told them to. They left water spots on all my bathroom nozzles, spigots and handles. They haphazardly loaded the dishwasher with crusty dirty dishes, they left visible lint on the carpets and hair on the toilet seat. MY GOD 4 HOURS IN an 800 SF place, seriously I would be able to disinfect EVERY SINGLE ITEM, and surface, including baseboards, handles and walls, inside appliances and the interior of drawers, cabinets and shelves. What exactly did they do for 4 hours? Oh, actually, they folded and MOVED my bathroom towels- WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?!?! Your guess is as good as mine. I keep a clean house, and it is low on clutter, so it should be easy. They were so surprised at how much time I had purchased for such a little space. My sister used them and has 4 man hours for a 5,000sf home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bonus - they were speaking Brazilian Portuguese, as I was escorting them down to exit, Lourdes complained that I did not offer them water. My husband came home and asked if the cleaners came. My long-time lady is out of commission due to a health issue, I hope she feels better soon. The only way they could have gotten a worse review is if they stole something. Seriously, this is the bottom of the barrel.

I would recommend this company. They have been cleaning our home for awhile now. The service is occasionally inconsistent, but when you call they are always willing to make things right immediately including sending someone back out to take care of anything that was missed. Customer service is excellent.

I enjoyed the work they did. Very thorough. I have hired them on a biweekly basis and am happy with the work crew. They are very fast. They do listen to what we need. I appreciate they know what they are doing and do it well.

I have only once experience with Magic Hands. They were fine and the house looked very clean. I can not recommend the service until I have more experience with them..

Awesome customer service and dedication to detail!

I had hired this cleaning service to do some very specific cleaning and remain within a certain time frame and budget. It took them longer to do the job than we had discussed only because I think they are used to giving a certain level of service and it was hard for them to scale it back. I paid them what we had agreed upon even though they went over a bit on their time. I would definitely hire them again as long as I can stay within or close to my budget. Some of the extras they provided, fancy folding of hand towels, they cleaned and shined by compost bin, removed all the burners and cleaned the stove top. It was all very clean, they did a great job!

They responded to my inquiry right away. Setting up a visit to give me a quote fit into my schedule. The first cleaning was wonderful. The crew they sent were friendly and did a great job. I've hired them for a biweekly clean.
