Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of response and lack of work. No confidence in this company at all. We would like to cancel this contact and get our money back.

I contracted this company to do work 12 weeks ago. No communication, no phone calls return, lousy communicators, lousy workmanship.

Hiring someone to do the work was such a great idea! It allowed my husband to relax and let the young men take care of the manual labor. From beginning to end, the crew represented their company in a very professional manner. Communication was key. They kept us informed regularly. Job well done!

I am beginning to wonder if I was involved in a scam. It has been 12 weeks and not one iota of movement towards STARTING has happened . Also I will also hold Home Advisor partially responsible.

It was a little tedious getting started as it was a very wet month but the job turned out great

We had our old wooden fence replaced and added a deck to the side of the porch. The crew that came out was amazing! Very friendly, very professional, and very hard working. Everything looks so great! I couldn't be any happier with our new backyard. And, both projects were completed in one day! I'll definitely be calling them again for any projects in the future! They are the best!

Magic Home Services did an amazing job on my wood privacy fence. Abel and his team knocked it out in 2 days and it involved a lot of sloping yard. They were not only professional but friendly too. They came every day and started work without any fuss and when they were done - they cleaned up the yard and driveway before they left, This was a great experience and I look forward to working with Magic Home Services in the future on other projects here at our home.

The crew that removed and installed new fences in my yard was good workers and only took 2 days to get it done. They were very respectful and I will call them again when I need a new project completed.

We had our master bath remodeled/enlarged. Plumbing rerouted fixtures repositioned. We felt the price we paid was in line with the quality of their work.

It took some time to get the project started but once it did, Bob and Jeff were on time, took their time and were very meticulous and detail oriented. The bathroom we had renovated turned out great. I appreciated their professionalism and friendly approach. My only suggestion would be to figure out a way to contain the dust created by sanding the drywall seams. Perhaps a portable exhaust fan? Anyway, thank you for sending us a great team. We really enjoyed them and respected how hard they worked, AND they came every day until the project was completed. Mary Shade

Never again. The initial meeting for a vinyl privacy fence with this company went well, but after that, it was all downhill and got worse each time. They ordered the wrong sized gate then jerry-rigged it so that one side of the gate was 10 inches higher than the other because they refused to dig deeper into the grade. The ENTIRE perimeter of the fence was a good 6 inches above grade - enough that a small dog could easily escape. When we voiced our concerns, the owner told us that fences are not meant to keep bugs, insects, and dogs inside. Um, really? We installed the fence to keep a dog inside! Then the owner called my husband a liar, laughed in his face, and refused to lower the fence saying that it was the manufacturer install method. But yet, every other vinyl fence I see has very little space between the panels and the grass. This company has terrible customer service and we will never hire them again for anything. We are going to file a complaint with the BBB.

The workers and staff at Magic Home Services were not only professional but were friendly and caring too. They did the work as if it was their own home. Every one worked together, they cleaned up the yard and the driveway. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was fantastic. I will definitely use them again for other home improvements and I would recommend them to others.

very happy with the work

The fence arrived was installed and completed in less then a week. Great workmanship and quality by both the fabricators and installers.

Had a wooden privacy fence installed, and the crew that built the structure did a great job. They worked efficiently, were friendly and ran final decisions by me before executing them, and I am happy with the final result. I was not impressed by the *project management*, as I had to call for updates on where they were with making the boards, when to expect the delivery of materials, and when they would begin construction. There was no schedule from them and the estimated time of the job was half of what it ended up being (At no fault of the installation crew), so plan for an extra day. The first day the crew was supposed to show up for work, 2 hours went by before getting a call from the manager saying that he is cancelling for the day and the crew will not be showing up due to windy weather. Do not listen to management recommendation that you do not need to be there during installation - Make sure you are there in case the installation crew has any questions; I would not be as happy with the work if I did not do this. Good crew, sloppy project management... Would recommend their work if you do not mind the initial headache.

Everything was actually done really well and quickly, my fence looks great and is very sturdy. I wish I had some type scheduling call after signing, I received a call work was starting about 14hrs before it started. Because I didn't have a chance to be there during the work I couldn't act as a reference. The fence was installed about 6 inches on my neighbors property, fortunately I'm good friends with my neighbor and he's not upset. I did specify the exact points for the end points for the fence when I signed the contract but it seems that was not relayed to the workers perfectly. I suggest being home for the start of any home improvement project for these types of errors, but otherwise they did great work
