Walker did an excellent job on my vinyl plank installation!!! He went over and above on the job. He did extra work on things that were not quoted in the estimate. He is honest, personable, and very caring. He did three rooms of vinyl planks and I am very happy. My floors look beautiful. I love the results. I would definitely recommend Walker 100%.

Walker worked with me patiently when we talked through pricing and timelines. He communicated very well throughout the project and did not hide anything. I hired Walker the owner for a lot of jobs over a few months. He did siding, flooring, painting, drywall. He keep asking me to front more money because he needed to pay bills at home before the job was done. I felt bad for him since he told me about his troubles at home. He brought his wife in to help out. Iâ m handicapped and he took full advantage of me. He and his wife stold hundreds of dollars from me. They took things out of my house when I wasnâ t looking. This was materials I purchased and my belongings. He was seen by other works filling his car with his wife many times. I did give him sone things he asked for then he took full advantage of me and continued to take things. He was supposed to come back and finish a job he was paid for and he and his wife filled their car with the material and my personal items then never came back. Pictures were taken and he really should be in jail both he and his wife. They cant be trusted. He did the flooring in my upstairs bathroom and forgot to hook my washer back up and when it was run it flooded my house and ruined my kitchen ceiling he did try to fix it but did a terrible job. I had to rehire it done and buy all new material again since he stold it. I found bad places in flooring in kitchen I needed redone again. Back work, canâ t be trusted and steals. I actually am going to hire a lawyer since I have the pictures now.

"Kim first off you had many bad people working for you, you even told me yourself that your mover has stolen some things. I did not steal anything. secondly, the only project that I had left was painting and it was the wrong painting. When I told you about it you told me I should have checked first but it was the paint that was left as you told me to paint that room with it. I told you when I came to install the rest of the floor that someone screwed up installing you told me just to continue due to lack of funds. Now the flooding was as agreed by my accident and I repaired my mess up. I was newer at drywall repair at that time."

I had a flood at a rental unit I owned. We needed to replace the flooring ASAP. After the remediation company removed all the damaged material, Magic Interiors came through lickety-split and got the flooring installed quickly and professionally. He also helped me solve problems and think through some of the needed designs, etc. Could not be happier!

If there was a zero star I would give it that rating. Unfortunately, we paid magic interiors 900.00(half the amount) plus bought our own materials and paid for delivery only to have to tell him not to continue after providing several opportunities to fix his mistakes. He did a terrible job requiring a lot of rework where he did not install it correctly. I would like to know how this falls under your happy guarantee protection? Thank you for following up.

We hired Magic Interiors LLC to install sheet vinyl in our living room (14x20). Walker (the owner of Magic Interiors) performed the installation alone. During the mudding process, Walker ran out of mudding materials and purchased a different product he had never used before. According to the instructions and the product information, the mudding should have been mixed with an additive. Walker failed to comply with the product recommendation to use the additive. As a result, the mudding crumbled during the glueing process. Walker acted unprofessionally when this error occurred, claiming that he would sue the product company and hardware store. In addition, he became agitated and began swearing and ordering us to assist him. He attempted to fix the issue by scrapping the mudding off of the subfloor, creating divots in the subfloor. He proceeded to lay more mud and use it as an adhesive for the vinyl. The mudding underneath the vinyl dried into bumpy, jagged points. There is a clear distinction between areas where the room was mudded correctly and those where the damage occurred. We attempted to reach out to Walker to fix the issue. At first, he complied and agreed to purchase more vinyl and fix the half of the room that was damaged. Due to manufacturer restrictions, the vinyl could only be purchased in a sheet that was 2x the size of what was needed to repair the damaged area. Walker demanded that we pay half because he believed that he was not at fault for the damage, but rather the mudding product company was. When we refused to pay for more vinyl, he stated, "Then sue me!" and hung up on us. We have not been able to get a refund for the labor or our damaged vinyl. At this point, our relationship with Magic Interiors LLC is beyond repair, and we will not work with this company to fix the damaged floor. Instead, we are seeking reimbursement for the entire project cost with the help of Angie's List. Pictures of the damage will be posted on the Magic Interiors LLC Facebook page.

You were more than willing to just jump right in and claimed if there were anything else i needed to feel free to ask Yes i didnt realize that the certain type of leveler i used needed a primer prior to use. In my defense it was a new product and the product i use normally didnt. This review is so stuffed full of lies and over exaggeration did i say sue me? Yes. Did i try and work with you? Yes But where was the part you claimed "the mud product and no one was at fault" and i let a couple of frustrated curses out but apologized after Btw im not dumb enough to gouge an osb subfloor. and i wasnt stupid enough"

Walker did amazing with our floors ! We had the entire upstairs remodeled to add new flooring and he did great ! He had the entire job done in a week and helped to answer all of our questions about everything. I would hire him again for future projects.
