"We were hired for what we were told was a post-construction cleaning. Unfortunately, when the cleaning techs arrived, construction was still going on as they were cleaning. They called me and let me know what was going on since all of their efforts were being wasted. Each time they would clean an area, the dust from the construction would just cover everything again. I called Nathan immediately and explained that the techs could not successfully do their job while construction was taking place around them. I asked him if he would rather have us come back once it was completed. He told me no, and that he understood the difficulty. He asked us to stay and complete the time allotted and said for them to do what they could. I am truly confused at this review. I take pride in my business and my communication with our clients. I always stay in contact and make sure that each client is happy with the results. I explained very clearly that the there was no way the house could be properly cleaned during construction, and was told to proceed anyway. I would have gladly come back after construction was completed and been able to provide the excellent results we are known for, but unfortunately, that's not what was requested by the client, so the techs did everything they could with the situation as it was."
