Magic Men Service charged $180 to fix a new pop-up sink drain that did not hold water. But Mike (who I think is the owner) left the mechanisms that control the pop-up twisted both above and under the sink. As a result, it is hard to close the sink to hold water. Quick service, lousy result! And two weeks later he still has not sent the promised written receipt for my bookkeeper. (Please note that this is a very brief description of what happened.)

For years my tub was backing up. Many plumbers came out to patch up the problem, but a few months later the same problem would occur. Fortunately for me, I came across Magic Men. They came out, saw the problem and fixed it. Over a year later, I have not had a problem with plumbing. My bathtub is happy and so am I! They were professional. Kind. Knowledgeable. And respectful. This team are so honest, professional, polite and no sugar coating! They let you know what is wrong and they fix it and make sure it is fixed before they leave! Their pricing is way more reasonable than other plumbing companies I have contacted and got an estimated quote. They beat the quote I was provided from a different plumbing company.
