Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable. The work performed cleaning was very satisfactory. Would have preferred a little more care during the pre and post cleaning processes. The end product seemed acceptable.

arrived as scheduled. Cleaned carpet very well, including stained and heavily soiled spots. Carpet was not heavily soaked with water.

The day they were scheduled to come the weather was awful- -5 degrees and snowing. I called to ask to be rescheduled and the woman I spoke with was quite surly. I later found out that she was the answering service. She did not relay my message and I later got a call from the owner (who was very nice) asking me to reschedule which I was happy to do

I have used them twice. Both times they were great. I did send out some area rugs which I need to have returned. I need to call them again about that. It was basically my fault they have not been returned. I would recommend them.
