My chimney was falling apart when I called. They came out quickly and did an assessment and gave two prices depending on how things went. Khai and his team finished the job and were able to do it for the lesser amount. I would not have known which scenario had played out and he easily could have charged me either amount. I was grateful for a job well done and great honesty!

Kaied and his team did a great job. He answered all of my questions and kept us up to date when weather delayed our project. Our front porch looks great, as well as all of the other repairs they did.

They did a great job, and quickly! The brick on my 30 year old home is basically no longer available but they did a great job matching and fitting the new brick with my existing brick and it looks great! Already gave their name to a neighbor. I highly recommend Magic Stone for your masonry projects.

they did not repair the siding that they marked up with their latters.repainted with the wrong color and never came back to see the outcome. iam unhappy,,

"We apologize for displeasing you, we assure you there has never been a concern or a compliant with Magic Stone as we pride ourselves on establishing satisfaction with every project we perform. Unfortunately the siding on your home is very old siding (aluminum) and not manufactured anymore; to be honest there are many many blemish's and previous repairs with rusty nail heads through them that we can not justify replacing the entire side with new material for one nickel sized dent (we're stuck between a rock and a hard spot). When we spoke you seemed to only be concerned with the fact that it was metal siding and worried about it rusting. I explained to you it was aluminum and would not rust however I felt ok with getting home depot to match the paint as close as possible to make you happy. My apologies that home depot could not make a perfect match. I am delighted that you loved the chimney rebuild that we did and again apologize for this small mishap."

They (The crew) was on time and explained everything that was to,be done. They were efficient and very professional i all aspects of the job. In fact I was so comfortable that I had NO hesitation leaving the house and letting them do the job. Cleaning up before they left was perfect. Giving me advice on care of the job predatory to pressure washing and type of paint to use a plus. Would not hesitate to recall these people for other project and or recommend them to others.

missed a few areas that were to be tuck-pointed. Otherwise did a nice job, cleaned up properly. Showed up when they were supposed to. Too early to tell if the repair hold up. Only time will tell.

Excellent on all accounts - quick contact, estimate, explanation, advisement, price and service - couldn't have asked for better! Kaid was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had old brick siding and chimney that needed repair and the facade under our porch needed replacing. The job was completed very efficiently. We weren't even home when the work was done but everything was addressed and looks great. I would highly recommend Magic Stone.

Every man on the job seemed to take personal pride in his work. That made them efficient and reliable. They are friendly and very patient as they explain what they can do for my situation. My new chimney, for example, looks like a work of art ! Same for all the brick repairs they had to do. I plan to call on them soon, for some other work I need done.

I am a neat freak, very good at clean up. I have good comments, they were prompt, did good work, kept it very clean. He took care of the work, stayed in the bid. There is metal on top of the windows, he included that in the contract for the metal, only one that did that for the bid. They were the best, very impressive with their work. When the painter was doing the work, he had someone there to check anything they would need to redo. I was so impressed with all their work.
