Our shower and sink are both done. Both are cracking and peeling. They came out and redid both and the same thing happened. They insist on doing it a third time instead of refunding our money. Poor delayed communication throughout the entire process.

The technician wasnt very detail oriented, and I had to point out several areas that he missed, and the work looked very non professional, I could have done a better job myself.

I hired Magic Touch to repair and reglaze my porcelain kitchen sink. Hector came out and repaired a chip and painted the sink. When he finished I told him the sink looked very bumpy and rough. He said it had to dry and would be perfectly smooth. I waited the two days and it still looked the same, and now that I could feel it was very rough. I called and spoke with Grace, and she said Hector would come back out and fix it. I waited four days, and Hector came out. He looked at the sink and said he didnt know what happened. He said he would refund my money and I could find someone else to fix the damage, and walked out. I tried on multiple occasions to contact them, but they will not respond back to me. The sink looks and feels like orange peel, and I have been advised it was caused by either old paint or paint that was improperly mixed. They should have taken responsibility for their mistake.

I was happy with the cabinet refinishing but they brought in a sub to install hardware and about 50% of the pulls are off-center, not level, and holes (mistakes) are visible. I have been attempting to get this resolved and they are not responding. Very disappointed.

Hired Magic Touch to refinish a tub-shower insert, they did a good job. After 3 months a problem arose and Magic Touch responded quickly to correct the problem. Now have to wait and see how their repair work turns out.

They came out on time, were friendly, and initially did a good job. Had to call multiple times for retouch only a month and a half later. Found more cracks in the tub after 2months. Not sure if this is typical for a reglazing job or not. I am following all care instructions to the letter and still seeing chips and cracks in my bathtub. There is a two-year guarantee, so we will see how it goes.

I hired magic touch to resurface 2 tub/shower combos. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I also hired Them to install the the tub hardware and caulk around the new hardware. They installed the hardware but forgot to do the caulking. After calling them they set a time and returned to do the caulking. Everything is now perfect. I would recommend.
