We thought they did a good job. They were very attentive and responsive to things that we pointed out. They were very friendly and we put them in our address book for rehire for the future.

The gentleman arrived on schedule and steam cleaned three or four times my living room area rug until all pet stains were gone. Because of the small size of the rug, I was given a $30 discount off the regular price of cleaning.

I called and they came out that afternoon. Did a great job. Both men were very nice.

Needed carpet reset and new padding due to water damage. Had master bedroom done by the end of the day, and shampooed. Very pleased with work. Only wished the carpet man had come earlier the next day, but he did finish the other 2 rooms and shampooed.

I had a tough stain on the carpet. Magic Touch tested the spot to see if they could help. The spot was completely removed and then he cleaned the whole room for much less than I expected. No sign of the spot!

I had 2 cats ill and after they passed away I had the carpet cleaned. There had been animals in my condo before I purchased it. The carpet probably had never been professionally cleaned. I had done cleaning with personal cleaning machine and there seemed to be more rather than less spots. Was going to replace it but decided to get it cleaned. Cleaned 2 bedrooms and living dining area. The pad is what holds in the stains. Prompt friendly service would hire them again. Came back to redo some spots that showed up. Stretched carpet as well. All rooms had parts of the carpet that had folds in it.
