One Time Interior House Cleaning
Tamara Villatoro and her crew arrived on time even though there was logistical problems: The parking lot was being resurfaced all over Heatherlea and it made parking problematic. The crew showd up on time even with this road block. The cleaning was spotless! The cleaning crew displayed a very good work ethic and did not fool around. I will hire them again. Muchas Gracias

Post Construction Clean up
The manager was kind and helpful. Two ladies came to do the cleaning. One was quite young and the other older. My wife gave them really good tips and the younger lady worked quite hard. The older lady kept complaining every time my wife asked them to do something. She kept calling her manager asking if she had to do the work my wife asked her to do. We had some remodeling done and the whole house was full of dust. This was a townhouse so there wasn't much area to cover. My wife asked that the walls be wiped down because of the dust from construction. The manager finally had to stop by and talk to the older lady and my wife. The work was done but not to my wife's satisfaction because the older lady spent more time on the phone than working.

I thought that I had found a regular cleaning service until their last visit. The crew did not dust the furniture, or clean the showers nor the toilets. I'm very disappointed.

Magic Touch did a wonderful job cleaning my house prior to me moving in. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and they left my house in immaculate condition. Their service was wonderful, and their rep Teresa did a wonderful job walking me through the work. I would absolutely use again, and only wish I could afford to have them out every month.

First time was a "deep clean". I noticed some spots that were missed, but they still did well enough that I wanted them to come back. When I notified them of the missed spots, they took care of them the following visit and gave a substantial discount. They allow me to communicate via text which is very convenient. Recommend this service, but make sure you're there the first time to establish expectations.

Tamara does a wonderful job managing the teams and really cares about the customer experience. She is super responsive and flexible. I hired them for a deep clean -- well worth the splurge -- and now I use them 2x per month. This company is fantastic and I highly reccomend them for your cleaning needs.

Tamara and her team did absolutely wonderful work. This cleaning service showed up with flashlights and head lamps to check the details of their work. They truly care about work quality and customer service. Please know that this company is not cheap but you will absolutely receive the quality work and customer service you purchase.

Nothing Magic about this service! At $150.00/hour, they rushs out of here to another appointment! They know absolutely NOTHING about how to CLEAN LIKE A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! Their HIT & MISS cleaning style left many items UNDUSTED! They were in one word CLUELESS! It was the 1st time EVER I was tempted to STOP PAYMENT on my CHECK!
