Contact the company directly instead of going through Home Ad. Home Advisor scheduled a time that was not available, and then confused the situation by calling & saying that my appt. was cancelled. I called Magic Wand and confirmed that I still had my scheduled appt.

I located Magic Wand through Home Advisor (1st time user, they get 5 Star rating also) as I needed offsite cleaning d/t move, Two area rugs were picked-up quickly and day for return to new home was decided. Hurricane Michael happened; MW owner offered to store carpets until crisis was over. Free of any charge! Carpets were delivered eventually; clean beyond expectation and price was more than reasonable. The owner is reliable, courteous, and knows his business well. Thank you Jeramiah Catherine S, Longs

On time. He explained what he was going to do. Asked if there were any areas of concern. got the job done quickly and was out of here. The results was outstanding. Carpets are aged but the cleaning bought them back to life. House smelled fresh and clean! I will recommend to others. Very good price.
