Wilma runs a great company. I hired her for the first time more than 12 years ago. She has consistently done excellent work, and she and her team are reliable and trustworthy. I let them come and exit my home unsupervised. I know they will do a great job. And perhaps most importantly--Wilma is very responsive. If you want something done differently, or want a special service one time, it happens. She response quickly to texts and is committed to customer service. I've used other services before, but nobody was as good as Wilma.

Magical Maids are the best. They always respond right away. Every time they come, I know that my house will feel amazing by the time they are finished. They work quickly, which is nice because my husband and I work from home, and they don't miss the details. I would highly recommend them.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Showed up 2 hours late. Said it would be a 4 hour clean but left after 2. Tops of some appliances were still dirty, cobwebs still up near the ceiling, urine still on side of toilet bottom, and didn't clean the footing for the sliding door, which still had a caterpillar in it. Very disappointed.

"I?m sorry if you were not happy with our job, I?m being doing it for many years , never had any complaint most of my clients are happy with our job. We got there on time , 3 people work in your house. I charged you $130.00 and you told me it was okay when we done but later I gave you it back because you called me the next day and ask for you money back, I gave it to you after I clean your house because you told me you will take me to court if I don?t give your money back. Is not that I don?t have my business in order or I?m not legally in this country, I gave it back to you because I have rule if my clients are not satisfied I returned t"
