JAM repaired my caulking in my shower and charged a very good price for the work.

Rehired Company January 2023 We were so impressed with the companies work last year, we hired them to tile our bathroom shower and floor, and paint our family room, and kitchen at our personal residence. Completed job in a timely fashion, and everything looks AMAZING! Needless to say we were very happy!ð

JAM Drywall and Construction This company took on a job that I would have turned down for any amount of money! It was a rental property that the tenant living there destroyed! There were holes in the walls, holes in doors that were broken off the hinges, urine and dog feces embedded into carpet, just utter filth! The smell inside the house itself was nauseating! In-spite of that, JAM Drywall came out walked the home room to room, gave us an estimate on each project we ask to be done and gave us a start date and time frame. Antonio, and his guys painted the entire interior, resurfacing all the holes throughout the house, and there were a lot of holes! He painted baseboards, put down quarter round, replaced fans, toilets, etc. Installed quality granite in the kitchen, and new carpet throughout the house! I wish I could post before and after pictures here, so that you could see the job he did! We are now able to put the house on the market, and will definitely be calling Antonio, and his crew to paint a few rooms in our personal home! JAM Drywall, thank you for a job well done!

Provider showed up on time. Did not waste any time. Did a nice job of being neat and cleaned up well when finished. Work performed was first rate. This is a skilled professional.

Drywall was a good job but the other trades that were subcontracted we're not qualified and we ended up removing all their work and need to redo the job so money down the drain.

Antonio was always prompt for our meetings and was onsite when he said he would be onsite. His company redid our main bath, demolishing down to the stubs and rebuilding with tile on the wall and floor; as well as new vanity, toilet and fixtures in less than 3 weeks. He was always mindful of our budget and came in on target. We will use him again for other projects in our house.

Left his helper here to install the drywall without a ladder or tools. The helper left gaps between drywall pieces. In the evening the helper sat outside for more than an hour having difficulty reaching the contractor to pick him up. Tacked on an extra $150 above the estimate to haul off the old flooring from my dining room. I had to have a different handyman come and finish the job of putting in the baseboards because this contractor didnt show up as agreed. The new handyman, in contrast to this one, showed up on time prepared with tools and all he needed to do the job, stayed until the job was complete, and charged only the agreed amount.

Antonio was very professional and very communicative. He provided very reasonable quotes and his workmanship was great! I would definitely hire him again!
