I know what teamwork is all about.......I know what winning is all about.... I played pro sports & we always tried our very best each & every day. This is what I look for when hiring any contractor.......a team that cares about what they represent.......The coach in charge, that wants another win, another smile, another "job well done". I hired David because he was different .......so different than the 4 other interviews for just the right contractor.......someone that we felt cared this job when completed would put smiles on our faces. He looked you in the eyes when he was talking & we felt that customer satisfaction was high on his list........ We were oh, so right........David is that special person that truly wants to put a smile on the face of the person that hires him. He does everything possible to do just that. He was so good that we are now going forward with 2 more projects in a bathroom & kitchen remodel...........and this decision was made the same day he completed the other 10 day project.,,,,,,that should say it all, Finally, someone that does work in our home & wants to leave the home cleaner than when they began & complete that job to our satisfaction, not theirs. David truly is that "Dream Team Player". Hiring David is a "Slam Dunk"!!!

After major shower stall repair, hired to build out from studs through complete mosaic tile installation. David has integrity and persistence and was a pleasure to work with. Would hire again.

Being new to Florida it was a challenge to find a contractor with integrity. Deciding on Magnificent Solutions, I immediately noticed that David listened and heard every detail discussed on my first project, painting most of the outside of my home. Am impressed with how professional he is as well as his crew. They are meticulous to the end and it shows. Checking in on them during the day making sure the work is done to his standards was a plus. After each day his crew was at my home, we discussed what needs to be finished, keeping me informed on the project. I have been very happy with this company Magnificent Solutions, David and his crew that I have asked if he would be interested in a few more projects I have. I am grateful to have found a contractor that stands behind himself first. We all have different experiences, mine with this company was and is a fantastic one. Recommend highly M. G.

They were timely and did a good job in general. They will definitely be an option to use them in the future.

Many items were ruined in my home during this construction: Bathtub dented, scratched, chipped. Toilet seat scratched and destroyed. Brand-new cabinets left with grout on them that will not come off. Front walkway stained with white thin set. Some tiles not grouted. Invited to family members into my home when I was not there and entertained them in my house. This is a partial list of items improperly done. This man knows a bit more than an average tile setter and does B quality work. He took on a project in my home that involved some moderately difficult tile work and did a better than average job. My house was destroyed during construction and two months later I am still trying to put it back together. Do not hire this man unless you can stay home all day and supervise!

Hired David and his crew to first due window replacement. Then hired to to do a a variety of other projects. Pocket doors, tub and tile resufacing, wall repairs, ect. All was done in good time and very professionally. David did everything to make sure I was satisfied.

Want to say David does go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with everything... I might have exploded and lashed out because the material was not delivered at the time it was supposed to but it was not his fault so my apologies really is an excellent guy to do your handyman needs I will be using him again if he will let me .lol. After completion of this job i was very happy with all ** UPDATE 04/16/19 Metal Awning or Patio Cover - Install or Replace*** I learned to be patient not everything goes as planned and things come up to wait for the outcome and go from there. Beautiful job on my patio awning.

Hired them to do tile repair, bathtub and tile reglazing and fixture replacement. Did great. Based on this, hired them to do drywall repair Did a superb job on the walls - including texturing and painting. They're great to work with and priced competitively. I'll be using them for additional work later.

Missed 2 appointments. Showed up late. Didn't finish the job on front door and never came back to complete work.

The young man was honest, very friendly and courteous. Dont talk much, but works hard and makes sure his work is perfect.

He is a total handyman and can do pretty much anything. He is nice and easy to work with. He is a hard worker and I recommend him!
