Great experience! I called Jerome one morning, he was there at noon, and finished by 1:30! Other companies I called couldn't even provide estimate until later in the week. Jerome was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again!

We had a grease fire in our gas oven. We found Jerome on Home Advisor, he called us within about 14 minutes and came to check our oven within 2 hours of the call. He was courteous, and efficient. He checked the oven out, gave advise on prevention of future possible problems and was on his way to his next call. I would HIGHLY recommend Jerome and Magnolia Appliance Service. I would use again!

Jerome was courteous and answered my questions. It would cost more to fix my Maytag than I paid for it 7 years ago. I elected to replace the appliance. I would use them again. He worked me in when a cancellation came open.

I called Jerome around 9:30 in the morning to see when he could repair my fridge which had stopped cooling and was making a noise. He was on his way to another call in the opposite part of town and said he would call me when he was heading my way later that afternoon. He called and arrived around 3:30, checked the fridge,explained what was wrong , and gave me a price. I accepted and he said he would get a new motor and return as soon as possible. He returned later that evening and made the repairs. Jerome is a very nice and personable man. I have put his number in my phone in the event that i should ever need his services again. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise. Rod Willis, Irondale, al.
