I gave them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, but at some point, you have to draw the line. I've had 2 different types of appraisal experiences with this company about a year apart. And I am totally unsatisfied with the customer service.

He didn't come dressed professionally He didn't get me my appraisal when he said he would And he will not answer my text or phone calls to discuss the appraisal nor did he get comparable listings to back up his appraisal. I feel I threw away $300.00 And had to get an appraisal done over that took longer and could have cost me the sale. I would not recommend this person for anything
